David Marchiori (born August 9th, 1973, in Venice) is a highly regarded Italian chef with recognized expertise in Italian cuisine. He is known for his respect for quality ingredients and a deep passion for tradition and the stories behind the recipes
In Italy, he has long been the resident chef at the Slow Food stand at Vinitaly and other events, as well as a frequent guest on many television shows. Chef Marchiori brought traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine, spanning from the north to the south, along with all the stories that accompany it, to Singapore
In 2022, he performed at many institutional dinners hosted by the Italian Embassy and served as the creative director of the Italian Trade Agency pavilion at FHA '22 in Singapore. Chef David is also our wine selector.
