Born in Venice on August 9, 1973 - the same day as Singapore's National Day - Chef David Marchiori arrived in Singapore in 2021 and has since stood out for his uncompromising approach to cuisine, deeply rooted in Italian tradition and regional identity.
In Italy, he appeared on numerous television programs as a guest and took part in many events, having served as the resident chef at the Slow Food pavilion at Vinitaly from 2015 to 2019.
During his time in Singapore, he has participated in several prestigious events at exclusive clubs such as the Tanglin Club, Tower Club, British Club, and Cricket Club, often in collaboration with the Italian Embassy and the Italian Trade Agency.
